Sam qualified as a homeopath in 2007 after a 4 year course at the Centre For Homeopathic Education.
During treatment she pays special attention to creating a quiet space for her clients to air all the issues that they feel are impacting on their life. She loves working with her clients, whether 3 week old babies or adults with complex health issues and notices time and time again how homeopathy gently and effectively helps people get better, whilst positively transforming their lives.
She takes a warm, friendly and supportive approach in her consultations. She enjoys getting to know her clients and working with them towards a stronger state of health and greater levels of vitality. Her treatments offer a support to the conventional medicine that they are already taking or a natural alternative.
Karen’s objective is to enhance the well-being of her clients by using the ancient practice of reflexology. The treatment of a reflexologist will involve working on key reflex areas of the feet which correspond with areas of the body. Using the art of reflexology to restore balance and to assist the body to heal itself. Understanding the individual’s personal needs to tailor a treatment to ensure they obtain maximum benefits. Facial reflexology works on the same principals as feet or hand reflexology and offers a very relaxing treatment
Hello. I am an accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist working with children and families in the public service, private practice and postgraduate teaching for over 17 years. My main languages are English and Portuguese.
I have trained in Brazil as a Clinical Psychologist and in London at Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, both in Infant Mental Health (MA) and Child, Adolescent and Family Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (MA/Dprof).
I have been working as an Integrative Psychotherapist for the past twenty years. I work integratively, which means I have the benefit of drawing on a range of tools according to the needs of my clients, including aspects from the psychodynamic, creative arts, and transpersonal approaches.
I work holistically, taking into account all the many dimensions that makes us human. Stress and pain can cause us to shut down some aspects of ourselves, causing anxiety, depression and other symptoms. My work is how we begin to understand and heal from this in order to reach our potential and become more fully ourselves.
