Shakta Kaur has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1999, did Teacher Training levels 1 & 2 and has been teaching yoga since. She experienced that the technology of Kundalini Yoga had a powerful healing impact on her own personality and life. At the same time she began to study about the five Elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water in the framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Following her interests in holistic healing methods and herbal medicine, she graduated in Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Massage at the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine & Aromatherapy in 2008.  She has since undertaken further trainings in Seated Acupressure Massage, Aromatic Acupressure and Meridian Massage and in Reflexology.



Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to the reflexes on the feet in order to bring deep relaxation. It stimulates the body’s own healing processes, reduces stress, improves circulation and balances the whole system.
