At Yi Dao Clinic we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the services you have requested of us.
When you supply your personal details, they are stored and collected so that we may arrange appointments efficiently and provide you with the best possible medical care.
As chief practitioners, Conny and Zarig Cooper share notes in order to provide the best care for the significant number of patients who see both of them. Medical notes are password-protected and kept in premises which are locked outside of business hours.
All other practitioners keep their individual sets of notes and are responsible for their privacy.
Our reception/dispensary staff have access to contact details (not medical notes) in order to facilitate appointments scheduling and the pickup of herbal prescriptions.
We will never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Occasionally, we may consider writing to your GP/consultant to inform them of your treatment, in which case we will obtain your consent first.
